I wanted to thank everyone at SHMFH for the exceptional service provided after my mother, Doris Thomasson's passing, especially Kay Fisher and Jan Moore. Kay assisted in guiding us through the entire process with a level of compassion, and professionalism that is rarely seen these days. She and Jan, worked tirelessly to fulfill my wishes for my mom's memorial service. Which turned out beautifully due to their efforts and attention to detail. They both made a very difficult process so much easier through their kindness, compassion, and professionalism.

I feel like 5 stars isn't enough! In our absolutely worst place, losing my 5yo nephew, Micheal and Riley went above and beyond supporting my family. They cared for Logan like he was their own and constantly made us feel comfortable in planning the hardest day. If you lose someone you love. Trust these people!

I am sorry that it took me so long to write my glowing review of your facility ! My husband passed away on May 25 ,2009 and our family used your facility in Willis and we were very pleased with the care and love that was shown to our family in our difficult time of need! Dear Greg, I just wanted to thank you again for the special treatment we received from you and your staff during the time of mom's passing and her funeral service. Everything was lovely & perfect, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Please relay a special thanks to the lady who took care of mom's personal grooming. She looked beautiful! She was a beautiful lady, and they skillfully made that beauty shine through. Your company made a hard time much easier for us!
