Randolyn Nicholson Wilson

Randolyn Nicholson Wilson, age 74, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019 in Montgomery, TX. Randy was born January 13, 1945 in Galveston, TX to John “Nick” Nicholson and Charlsey June Hester. She spent the first several years of her life in Galveston and Houston before moving to Montgomery with her dad. She graduated from Montgomery High School in 1963. Her career spanned from a bookkeeper in Houston to a Bank Secretary in Conroe. Some of her greatest life-long friends and memories were made with the “Allied Bank Gang”. Randy was a wise, caring, strong, feisty woman with a beautiful heart who adored her family and friends. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who will be missed immensely. She enjoyed road-trips, the Guadalupe River, spending time with her family and friends, country music, quilting, cooking, casinos and relaxing on her front porch with a morning cup of "conversation”. She also loved meeting up with her local friends, “The Montgomery Girls”, frequently. Those left to honor Randy’s memory include: daughter Tara Daniel Clouse and husband Craig of Austin, TX; granddaughters Josey & Coco Clouse of Austin, TX; sister Linda Burchell of Montgomery, TX; partner in life Rick Nock of Montgomery, TX and his family Lisa Cereghin, Ashleigh, Mark and Matt Twombley; brother-in-law David Daniel of Montgomery, TX; step-son Marc Wilson, his wife Diana and children Jordan, Chandler and McKay; step-daughter Lisa Cooke, her husband Roger and children Connor and Cole; as well as many loving nieces, cousins and friends. Randy was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Max F. Wilson. A special thank you to Heart to Heart Hospice and Genesis care facility who kept Randy comfortable and pain-free in her last days, and to Stephanie Matchett and Barry Doss whom Randy loved like her own children. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 11am – 12pm at Klein Memorial Cemetery Magnolia with Stephanie Matchett and Barry Doss officiating.
