Dennis Glenn Bielamowicz

Dennis Bielamowicz, age 72, passed away January 24, 2025. Dennis was born in Houston on October 3, 1952 to Leon and Ruby Bielamowicz. He attended Assumption grade school and St. Piux X Catholic High School where he excelled in football and baseball. He received a football scholarship to Texas A&I University. He married the love of his life, Judy Kaminski on March 20, 1982. Dennis and Judy met at St. Pius. He always knew she was the one and his dreams came true when she said “I do.” They were blessed with 42 loving years of marriage. Dennis was a devoted father to Michael and Megan. As one of his favorite guitarist, Stevie Ray Vaughan, would say, they were his “pride and joy.” Dennis was hard-working and a wonderful provider. He spent years working as a Construction Sales Manager at CMC Construction Services. Despite his many responsibilities, he always made time for his family and his passions. He loved taking friends and family out on the lake in his boat. He would get joy out of teaching others how to ski and tube. Dennis would always be ready to grab his fishing pole for some bass fishing. He taught all of us how to fish and when to “set the hook.” His excitement was overwhelming when he would catch the Big One. But music was his greatest passion. He was a self-taught accomplished, guitarist and steel-guitarist. He started playing at a young age and continued throughout his life in many bands. He would play at dance halls, wedding receptions, festivals, etc. Rock, country and Polish music were his favorites. If you knew Dennis, you knew his love for music. Even on his worst days, hearing his favorite songs would get him to respond. He is survived by his wife, Judy Bielamowicz; daughter Megan Myers and husband Derek; brother Jerome Bielamowicz and wife Vicki; great-aunt Dolores Goerlich; grandchildren Ariel Bielamowicz, Liam and Chloe Myers; Sister-in-laws and Brother-in-laws, Linda Nowaski, Jennifer McInerney, Rhonda and Gary Kubiak, and Joann and Elvin Kutac; nieces and nephews, Theresa, Sheila, Jeffery, Stacy, Shelly, Joey, Kelly, Klint, Ashley, Jessica, Klay, Klein, Kayla, and Brannon; and other relatives and friends. Mr. Bielamowicz was preceded in death by his parents Leon and Ruby Bielamowicz, sister Diana Keller, and son Michael Bielamowicz. Serving as pallbearers are Jeffery Bielamowicz, Anthony Porcarello, Elvin Kutac, Gary Kubiak, Klint Kubiak, Brannon McInerney, and Brian Marshall. Visitation and Rosary with family and friends will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm on Sunday, February 2nd at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis, TX. The Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Conroe, TX at 10:30 am on Monday, February 3rd. Burial and reception will follow at St. Joseph's Catholic Mission in Stoneham, TX.
