Kelsey Dawn Bates entered into this world on September 19, 2015 at 11:48 AM and was embraced by her parents, siblings, family and friends. Kelsey was only on this earth for a short period of time but was loved by all who were around her. She was perfect in each and every way, so perfect in fact that Jesus decided that her reward was to be with her Heavenly Father. Kelsey Dawn left this world on September 19, 2015 at 12:52 PM. She will be our guardian angel. Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Matthew 19:14 She is survived by her parents, Kevin and Emily Bates; siblings, Kaleb, Kara, and Karson; grandparents, Royce and Donna Tucker, Linda Bates, Garon and Mildred Bates; great-grandparents, Joy Bearden, Floyd and Bobbie Melcer; aunts and uncles, Mandy and Shawn Dunbar, Crystal and Jeff Niersel, April Tucker and Raymond Lewis, David and Marney White, Amy White, Laurie and Kevin Bingham, and Becky and Kevin Clinton; cousins, Koen Dunbar, Schaefer Dunbar, Rebecca Niersel, Caz Grimshaw, Matthew Grimshaw, Hayley Bingham, Maggie White, Kaitlyn Bingham, Mikaela Clinton, Morgan Clinton, Makenzie Clinton, Jackson Bingham, Zachary Clinton; as well as many extended family members. She is welcomed into the gates of Heaven by great-grandparents, Louis Parker Sr., Royce and JoNell Tucker, Bill Bearden Sr., Russell and Frances Bates; cousins, Adam Grimshaw, Luke Clinton; and many other loving relatives.
