Jeffery Moseley

Our beloved Jeffery Lynn Moseley, of Montgomery, Texas peacefully entered into God’s Kingdom surrounded by family on June 19, 2024, at the age of 58. Jeffery was born in Monroe, Louisiana on August 24, 1965 to Jacky and Judy Moseley. As the middle child, he spent his childhood living life by the seat of his pants, making his own rules as he saw fit. He graduated from McCullough High School in The Woodlands, Texas in 1983. His strong will of character led him to enlist in the army immediately after high school, where he thrived as a mechanic. He went on to receive Army Service ribbon, Army Meritorious Achievement medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, and a Marksman badge (rifle) during his six years of service, after which he was honorably discharged in 1989. Shortly after leaving the military, Jeffery met his soulmate, Kimberly, where they married a year later. Together, they raised two children, Sarah and Tyler. He traveled the world for work and made a name for himself within the Oilfield. But his greatest passion, outside of his family, was always hunting & fishing. Anyone who knew Jeff, knew him as an avid outdoorsman. A man’s man. Most of all, Jeff was known for being a Christian man with awe-inspiring trust in God. He led his family the way he led his life, with true integrity, honor, and faith. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Kimberly Moseley; daughter, Sarah Wright and husband Kolton; son, Tyler Moseley and wife Kadie; mother, Judy Moseley; brother, Jason Moseley and wife Lisa; sister, Jessica Ely and husband David; grandchildren Carter, Sawyer, Mila, Kooper, and Kynadee; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends. Jeffery is preceded in death by his father, Jacky Moseley and father-in-law, Robert Thompson. The family would like to thank all the prayer warriors, friends, family, doctors, hospice, and even strangers who cared for, supported, and loved Jeff. A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 10-11am at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis, TX. A veteran’s ceremony and funeral will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 11am after the visitation. Immediately following the ceremony, a celebration of life reception will be held at Panorama Golf Club at 73 Greenbrier Dr. Conroe, TX 77304.
