Clara Mae Kyle

Mrs. Clara Mae Kyle, 53 of Midway, passed away Thursday, October 6th in Conroe, Texas. Visitation with family and friends will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, Monday, October 10th at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Huntsville. A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00pm, Tuesday, October 11th, also at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Falba Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home. Clara was born in Houston, Texas on November 11, 1968 to Mary Jane (Camp) and Glennon Earl Bryant, Sr. She married Tommy Kyle of Midway, Texas and together they raised one child. She enjoyed working in the yard, tending to the animals and working around the farm. She spent her life taking care of her family, cooking, baking, grilling, canning preserves, tomatoes and salsa and processing deer meat and cleaning fish. She took pride in having the coldest beer around. Clara had a strong passion for hunting, fishing, wood-working, craftsmanship, building furniture, construction building and detailed personalized wood-burning. Clara was a caring, smart, hard-working, talented, fun and devoted to her family and friends. She always looked forward to spending time in nature. She loved all animals, but her dogs were her fur babies. She enjoyed her family and friends and loved seeing people have fun and was always finding ways to share her joy and love for life. Her heart, smile and laugh could light up a room. She was into boating, motorcycle riding, four-wheeler/ATV riding, and just anything that would move forward, including horses, donkeys and even the mechanical bull at Gilley's! Many memories were made around bonfires, listening to music, dancing, playing pool and swimming (if it was hot and the fish weren't biting) and having a few cold ones - she just loved having the simplest of times with the best of friends and her family. She wanted everyone to enjoy life as much as she did and to not spend precious time being sad or upset. Clara is survived by her husband of 22 years, Tommy Kyle; daughter Desiray Kyle and loving companion, Kayden; sisters and brother-in-law Sherry and Richard Keef, Glenna Minor and Tammie Bryan; brothers and sister-in-law Danny McElroy and Glenn and Shona Bryant, Jr. and her beloved furbabies; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
