December 17, 1936 - February 11, 2021

Bobby Joe Brown, Sr., was born on December 17, 1936 to Lily and Robert Brown in Thornton, Texas. He earned his wings February 11, 2021. Bobby served in the U.S Army as a mechanic and then became a long haul truck driver, who worked hard to provide for his wife and five kids. He was avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. Bobby is preceded in death by his wife, Vivian, of 35 years; his sons, Bobby Joe Brown, Jr. and Robert Brown; his parents, Robert and Lily Brown; brothers, Hobert Brown, Millard Brown, CW Brown, Lamar Brown, and Garland Brown; and sister, Juanita Noland. He is survived by his daughters, Rhonda Mikeska and husband Len, Nelda Hall and husband Gerald, and Gail Burns and husband Tony; sister, Maureen Brown; grandchildren, Wes and Lauren Mikeska, Keith and Kaycee Mikeska, Brent Mikeska, Christopher and Stacy Hall, Brianna and Jay Brackenbury, Brittany Hall, Colby Swinea, Blake and Joe Byrd, Madison Burns, Ashley and Johnny Nappier; and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
